Jones golf course and clubhouse has re-opened after the historic flood of 2008. The course opened on May 22nd and the clubhouse held a grand re-opening on November 19th with nearly 250 friends, players and neighbors attending. We look forward to a "normal" 2010 golf season.

You get a written quote on a set of clubs, a driver or a putter....then bring it to either Ellis, Gardner, Jones or Twin Pines golf courses and speak with our PGA Professionals. Golf staff has been very busy repairing and preparing golf course maintenance equipment for the upcoming season. Golf professionals have been staffing both JOnes and Twin Pines clubhouses for merchandise and season pass sales as well as developing new league offerings for 2010.

Our winter project has been to develop an updated mission statement for the Golf Operations that relates to the City's Vision statement. All full-time professional staff were involved in developing, writing and approving the Golf Operation mission statement:
"To provide affordable golf and skill development facilities with quality customer service while being committed to sustainability, land stewardship and growing the game of golf for future generations."
